Here’s what’s new on the Blog:
I’ve been writing this blog for almost 20 years and been cooking much longer. I don’t have a ‘team’, I don’t do videos, and my blog posts don’t explain ‘Why this Works’. My posts are recipes, with a photo. It’s cooking… not rocket science.
I cook with the seasons; I rarely use processed foods (Dijon mustard doesn’t count); and most of my recipes are for 2, except the desserts…
The recipes are easy (usually) and healthy (mostly – not the desserts). Cooking should be fun and relaxing. Welcome to my world.
